We specialise in repairing tents, awnings, sleeping bags and rucksacks. Vango makes kit that is built to last, but due to the nature of camping in the great outdoors, sometimes things get damaged. Repair is the best thing that we can do to minimise our impact on the planet. The longer we can keep things in use, the less we need to buy more over time, avoiding all the associated resources and emissions needed to make something from new.
Vango Services Division is manned by a team of experts who have been manufacturing and servicing tents for over 30 years. We can repair just about any flysheet, inner tent or awning, using original Force Ten, Vango or Lichfield materials and components. We can also reseal, re-tape or refurb most models made over the last 10 years.

Repair Charges
REPAIR PRICES
For all tent, awning or driveaway repairs that weigh under than 30kgs (remember to remove all possible poles, pegs & inners), we use Parcelforce. All items that weigh over 30kgs will be uplifted by DX. Please note both Parcel Force & DX collections are chargeable and will be added to the repair quote. We will arrange collection and send over a copy of the returns paperwork, prior to collection. All you need to do is print off and attach the paperwork to your parcel - then simply wait for the courier to arrive on the requested collection date. Please note that we are unable to provide time slots for collections, someone must be made available at the collection point for the courier on the requested date.
Please have your item boxed or wrapped in a waterproof manner, and have a copy of our address, supplied with the returns paperwork on the outside of the packaging. Please ensure that the returns paperwork is enclosed within the item prior to shipment. If possible, please attach a rubber band to each of the areas requiring repair. This will bring the exact points to our Inspection Team members attention, ensuring that returns are handled quickly and no areas for repair are missed.
Any items returned under warranty will not be charged for any repair work/carriage charges. Any non-warranty items returned will have carriage charges applied/deducted from any credit value.
