SPARE PARTS?
If you are looking for spares for a specific model, please have the product code of the tent or awning to hand.
It begins with TE or AW, and can be found on a white label on the stow bag, inner tent or flysheet.
ORDER ENQUIRY?
Please have your order number to hand.
DELIVERY ENQUIRY?
We aim to process your order within 5 - 7 working days, (at peak times this may take longer).
For items over 1kg we ship via Parcelforce 48 hour service, these deliveries need to be signed for so please keep this in mind when entering a delivery address.
We can ship to your work address no problem. Lightweight items will go via royal mail.
